The Office of Social Concerns is managed through Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Saint Cloud. The office promotes Catholic social teaching which Catholic Charities is founded upon – teachings like the inherent dignity of all people, care for God's creation, and the preferential option for the poor and vulnerable.
