About the Event

Intended Participants: Priests, Deacons, Liturgists, FF and YM Coordinators, Pastoral Associates, Business Administrators, Secretaries, School Principals, other Diocesan, Parish or ACC Leadership.

Knowing that our ministries today require new and different approaches and practices, we have invited Doug Tooke to spend a day with us processing the unique challenges that face the Catholic Church of the Diocese of Saint Cloud. He will facilitate our sessions and conversations, which will be rooted in our shared mission and ministries. Inspired by our common prayer in Eucharist, participants will be invited to reflect and process best practices in their fields of ministry. It is hoped that participants will gain and share skills in communication and collaboration, as well as a spirit of positive motivation to do God’s work.

Doug Tooke is the Vice President of Ministry Advancement for ODB Films as well as an adjunct staff member with Life Teen International. With Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Philosophy and Theology and a Masters in Pastoral Ministry he has over twenty years of professional ministry experience. He has traveled to over 100 Diocese in the past 20 years teaching, keynoting conventions, and training youth ministers. He is a recipient of the National Catholic Youth Ministry Award from the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry. Doug is married to his wife Becky and lives in Helena, MT with their five daughters.
