With the ever-improving technology of computers and cell phones, letter writing or calling from a landline have nearly become lost arts.

Today, people of all ages are communicating through social media such as Facebook, Skype, YouTube and cell phone applications — sharing messages, photographs, videos, music and graphics literally at “the touch of a button.”
