Keynote: Monsignor Tom Richter from the Diocese of Bismarck

Bio: Monsignor Thomas J. Richter is the Pastor of Queen of Peace Church in Dickinson, ND.  Prior to that, he served as the Rector of the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit.  He was ordained on June 13, 1996. He was honored with the title of Monsignor, on November 19, 2012 by Pope Benedict XVI. On February 10, 2016, Pope Francis commissioned him as a Missionary of Mercy for the Jubilee Year.

Msgr. Richter served as Director of Vocations for the Diocese of Bismarck for eleven years.  During that time, he served on the Executive Board of the National Conference of Diocesan Vocation Directors.  Msgr. Richter is the author of three booklets, Is Jesus Calling you to be a Catholic Priest and Lend Your Own Voice to Christ and Integrated Evangelization.

The purpose of this conference is to assist and encourage Catholic ordained, single men and married men to build stronger families, stronger communities, and ultimately a stronger church.
