Regional Syntheses were submitted on behalf of the 14 geographic regions into which the U.S. Catholic Church is divided. Catholic associations, organizations, and national ministries in the United States were also invited to participate in the Synod and were designated as a separate “region.” The Diocese of Saint Cloud is a part of Region VIII, which is comprised of the dioceses of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. These syntheses aided in the development of this national synthesis.
