What we Do:

Provides leadership and strategic direction for human resources in alignment with the mission and values of the Diocese of St. Cloud. We collaborate with the bishop and diocesan leadership to address HR needs and guide policy development. The office oversees key HR functions including recruitment, benefits, compensation, payroll, compliance, employee relations, training, and records management. We also offer HR support, guidance and resources to parishes and schools across the diocese on employment-related matters.
