This strategic executive leadership position will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and a cultivated team of leaders to carry out the mission of CCS. The President supports, develops, and coaches the departmental leaders and school principals in collaboratively shaping the organization. An important part of this role is to engage and involve stakeholders in building and implementing a sustainable system.

Job Summary: 

As a teacher at Mary of Lourdes, you must have a clear love of children and a desire to help them discover their God-given gifts.  A teacher is responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels and promoting enthusiasm for learning and subjects. In addition, you will be responsible for building positive relationships and working collaboratively with students, parents, and staff members to foster a positive experience for the entire learning community.


  • A current Minnesota Teaching License is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education.
  • Must have strong classroom management skills and maintain classroom order.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must collaborate with other teachers to design and coordinate assessments and utilize data to
  •  target student needs.
  • Must have experience with curriculum and assessment design and implement best practice teaching
  •  and learning strategies.
  • Must adhere to national curriculum standards and collect and report on correct and detailed records
  •  of student performance.
  • Ability to use current technology as an instructional tool.

Mary of Lourdes Middle School

Mary of Lourdes Middle School has an immediate opening for a year-round, full time or part time custodian.  Applicants are required to have their boilers license or be in the process of getting it.  Along with daily custodial duties will include routine maintenance of the school.  Call or email Principal Jennifer Swenson if interested.
