Once ready, the synodal consultation process began. The heart of this stage was the synodal consultation meetings that happened across the diocese.

The diocesan phase was open; in-person as well as online consultations were facilitated. Throughout the diocesan phase, the Diocesan Synod team was involved with group coordinators of the synodal consultation meetings across the diocese to monitor progress, provide support where needed, and facilitate the exchange of ideas, best practices, and emerging feedback. The submission of the consultation feedback was ongoing during this time to follow the guidelines for the diocesan synthesis.
